These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kankari mobile application ("the App"), operated by Bgames. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
When using online multiplayer you agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt matches, harass other players, or interfere with the game service. We may suspend online access for devices that violate fair play.
The App's software, artwork, 3D models, and audio are the property of Bgames and are protected by applicable law. The traditional games themselves (Navakankari, Pachisi, the Royal Game of Ur, and others) are ancient games in the public domain; our implementations and presentations of them are not.
The App's offline games work without any network connection. Online multiplayer is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without liability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bgames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
